By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using Idol Era, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website and services provided by Idol Era.

Idol Era is an independent online retailer offering K-pop merchandise including albums, photocards, collectibles, accessories, fan goods, pre-order products, and related merchandise. Idol Era is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any entertainment company, artist, group, trademark owner, or third party unless explicitly stated.

All products sold by Idol Era are subject to availability and may be sourced directly, fulfilled through third-party suppliers, shipped internationally, or supplied through partner warehouses and dropshipping providers. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that certain products may require extended processing times, international shipping timelines, supplier handling, customs clearance, or separate packaging depending on the origin of the item. Delivery estimates provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers understand and agree that Idol Era shall not be held responsible or liable for delays, losses, damages, customs holds, courier disruptions, failed delivery attempts, supplier shortages, international shipping interruptions, acts of government, natural disasters, strikes, technical failures, force majeure events, or any circumstances outside Idol Era’s reasonable control. Risk of loss for products transfers to the customer once the shipment has been transferred to the applicable courier or shipping provider where permitted by applicable law.

Due to the nature of K-pop merchandise, collectibles, albums, and photocards, customers acknowledge that minor manufacturing imperfections may occur and may not qualify as defects. Such imperfections may include slight scratches, dents, printing inconsistencies, marks, packaging flaws, discoloration, alignment differences, or other minor cosmetic variations commonly accepted within the collectibles industry. Idol Era reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for replacement, refund, exchange, store credit, or compensation in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and shipping information at the time of purchase. Idol Era shall not be responsible for losses, delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping fees, or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information. If an order is returned due to customer error, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or inability to complete customs requirements, additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment can occur.

Pre-order products are subject to manufacturer schedules, supplier allocations, production delays, and release date changes. By purchasing pre-order items, customers acknowledge that release dates are estimates only and may change without notice. Idol Era does not guarantee manufacturer timelines, supplier allocations, or stock quantities for limited edition or high-demand products.

All prices, product descriptions, listings, images, availability information, promotional offers, and website content may be modified, corrected, updated, or removed at any time without prior notice. Idol Era reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, restrict accounts, or terminate transactions at its sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, abuse, reselling activity, harassment, policy violations, unauthorized chargebacks, or suspicious transactions.

By placing an order, the customer authorizes Idol Era to charge the selected payment method for the full order amount including shipping, taxes, duties, and any applicable fees. Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, false payment disputes, or unauthorized claims. In the event of a payment dispute, Idol Era reserves the right to provide transaction records, customer communications, tracking information, and delivery confirmation to payment processors, financial institutions, or legal authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Idol Era, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, suppliers, contractors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic damages arising from the use of the website, purchase of products, delays in service, product availability, technical interruptions, third-party actions, data loss, loss of profits, emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or any other claim arising from or relating to the use of Idol Era services or products. Any liability, where legally enforceable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

All website content including branding, logos, graphics, layouts, product images, text, descriptions, designs, and marketing materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Idol Era or the applicable rights holder.

Idol Era makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding uninterrupted website operation, complete accuracy of content, supplier timelines, courier performance, translation accuracy, or continuous product availability. All services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except where warranties cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

By using this website, customers agree that any dispute, claim, or disagreement relating to Idol Era, its services, products, policies, or transactions shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with Idol Era before initiating formal legal proceedings, chargebacks, or third-party complaints.

Nothing within these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, limit, or override any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide mandatory consumer protections, those protections shall apply only to the minimum extent required by law.
