Shipping Policy – Idol Era

At Idol Era, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible. By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier handling times, pre-order schedules, seasonal demand, and international logistics. Some products sold by Idol Era may be fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers, distributors, or international warehouses. As a result, orders may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate parcels.

All delivery timeframes provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Idol Era is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, supplier delays, international shipping disruptions, weather events, strikes, incorrect customer information, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Idol Era is not liable for lost, delayed, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information or failed delivery attempts. Any additional reshipping costs resulting from customer error may apply.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Idol Era is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or unpaid import fees.

Tracking information will be provided where available; however, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed depending on the shipping carrier and international logistics systems.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Idol Era is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered, stolen packages after delivery, or issues caused by third-party shipping providers.

Pre-order items are subject to manufacturer production schedules and supplier release dates. These dates are estimates only and may change without notice. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise specified.

Idol Era reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse shipments where necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or policy violations.

Standard shipping fees apply to all orders unless the order qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $60 NZD (or equivalent in other currencies after discounts have been applied). Orders under this amount will be charged standard shipping rates displayed at checkout. Free shipping eligibility may be changed at any time without prior notice.
